This mini-course is really for anyone who wants to learn more about holistic health and supporting their metabolism holistically. Whether you've been practicing the pro-metabolic lifestyle for a long time, or you're brand new to nutrition, this guide can support you along your healing journey.

In a world where you either find endless free education, or people who don't want to pay people for their knowledge, I try to land somewhere in the middle. I do believe that everyone should have access to health-related information, but it also costs me my own education, time, and resources to provide resources on these topics.

Over the years working with clients, and hosting a free educational Instagram and blog, I have learned that if someone is not somewhat monetarily invested in the health content they're consuming, they're less likely to DO the protocol that's recommended.

Charging an affordable fee for this extensive content not only supports my efforts as a content creator, educator, and certified holistic practitioner, but it also keeps you more accountable in taking your health into your own hands.
